Design

If a customer does not already have their own design, our staff will create one for them, drawing on their experience and expertise to create something truly special and unique.

Melting and rolling

Once the design is complete, it’s time to start making the piece, beginning with melting. This is where pure metal is alloyed.

Crafting

After melting, the jeweler uses their skill and dexterity to craft the piece. This is where the goldsmith expresses their artistry to create a special piece with harmonious lines and unique features.

Filing, polishing and setting

This is the final stage. Filing lends further definition and polishing makes the metal shine. The stones are then set and a final visual inspection conducted.
